2011 chevy 6.0 support

I have u7194 and just purchased for 2011 truck because i was told it would work. When booting is says 2007 to 2011. Why doesn't it work if it says it will?

did you update the predator to the latest crom revision update that actually has 2011 support in it???

no... 9r18 does not... that is NOT the latest with 2011 support in it... did you even go to my link???

u7194-9t19a.crom is the lastest with 2011 support in it...

Ok went to link. Updated u7194 to that. Now getting a message failed cut. Error (-1) something about seed

have any aftermarket things installed on the truck?? like, stereo, alarm, remote start, trailer brake, etc etc?? if so, it would need to be totally disabled / unplugged / disconnected / fuse pulled for it...

have the key turned on (but engine not running)??

No. Brand new truck. I took out all appropriate fuses and had all doors shut. No lights on. No aftermarket parts. It tries several seconds. Then the hour glass pops up. When that happens it disables 4x4 and antilock brakes.then counts seconds several more times. Then kicks out and says failed cut.

if you are completely stock and no aftermarket items installed in the truck, then there is no need to pull any fuses...

THAT could be the issue as well...

put all the fuses back in...

start up the truck for a few seconds, then shut it off...

then, connect the predator up, put on the parking brake, turn your key to on... and try it again...

Same results. Failed cut. PCM error root cut (-1)

I know I'm being a pain in the a**. Is there any thing else I can try? And thanks for your help. I've had a dodge tuner and a GM tuner on a 08 chevy. Never had these problems

you'll need to wait until the diablo guys are back in the office tomorrow... they should be able to help ya more and have more ideas...
