Any update for the U7164 for '08 6.4L

I have the K30 flash and still waiting for the work in progress you guys reported back on june 2010!!!!
Please anything?
How long before you guys have an update?

Mikel can post on other inquiries but not reply to our problems. I wonder why? All any of us can do is say that "we got screwed by purchasing this piece of junk". There is a message for $125.00 we can have a 3rd party program it correctly but I'm "gunshy" because of this POS not doing what it was intended to do in the first place. I get 12.5 MPG on the highway WHEN its installed and 14 when its NOT.

I just bought this tuner and set it up. It seemed easy enough. I installed the 50 HP tune on my 09 F-350 and got worse Gas mileage than before. I went from 13.5 to 9.5. Why is this happening and what patches are available to fix it? I am really ready to return it to the store. Can someone help me?

Dont feel bad boys because they cant fix the U7165 either............
Oh and we get no answers either just "smoke".......

I would RUSH back to the store and get my money back while you still can. You can tell the type of support you get on these products by monitoring the COMPLETE frustration of the people that have purchased it.
All you get are promises " that we're working on it".

Can you post the cals again please so I can make sure they are being added, since it is being addressed currently.

And you have tried the current 9r12a revision that is on the web?
