*HELP* Truck is not taking changes in AFR for WOT in CMR

When fuel is added in the CMR my truck is not taking it. When I change it in the hand held it works. Any idea whats going on??? I need the extra options the CMR offers!

So I reset my truck back to stock, updated the DSP, and reloaded the tune. Same problem!

I know its not the wrong adjustments, he is adding 7% fuel with no change from no fuel added. When I add 7% it brings my AFR into the range needed. Its like the hand held or my truck is refuting the CMR changes to WOT fuel.
