Stacking tuners on 2006 Powerstroke

I have a 2006 F350 with a 6l. I have a u7165 Predator and am interested in installing an Extreme Power Puck as well. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if I can look forward to trouble if I do it. I've had the Predator for just over a year now and love it.
