SMS Compressor Kit on2008 Challenger SRT8 Automatic

Hello together,

I have installed a SMS Supercharger Kit for a costumer last summer. The car is a Dodge Challenger2008 / 6.1 SRT8 with automatic Transmission.
After installing I had several problems.

Fist the Compressor is very noisy. It has a rattling noise at idle as if it is broken. This seems to be normal regarding to SMS. This cannot be changed or solved.
The other problem is that the car is extremely snappy to drive as it starts boosting at very low rpm and load, so when we are driving within a city the car is always between boosting and not and is very uncomfortable to drive.
I than was promised that SMS is working on a Solution with e extra Electronic for the Gas pedal.
Now nobody even is answering to my mails, so the Service is also very poor at SMS.

Did anyone out there have the same issues and maybe has a Solution?

Yes, it needs some time in the hands of a good tuner, these issues can generally be resolved with good tuning.

I have a 2010 Challenger RT automatic with a SMS Supercharger installed.

it obtained some different tunes for sms?

it would have as to send the calibrated archive *.drg
