Having problems with your 6.4?? Post up your problem and make sure to include the CALID and revision or we will not be able to correct any issues.

Hi , I sold a trinity for a 2008 F250 with a std transmission calid V.1r07A , when my customer is trying to install the tune and select std transmission , he's having this message, need vehicule update , contact diablosport , I already did the update .

Trinity Tuner says it dose not support vehical...I just got it back from the dealer and tryed to re program it and got " vehical not supported" The vehical is a 2008 F350 6.4

This is the first problem I have had with the progamer on my 6.4 and its very frustrating.

I have trinity 7164. the DS worked great when i installed it, but i had to put truck back to stock because of a pcm & tcm reprogram recall. when i tried to put my DS back on it wouldnt work. So i did the update thru DS downloader. Now it connects with my truck. But there is no change in horsepower no matter which setting i use. it says its programmed to which ever setting but no change. i hope this is an easy fix because i really do like it. but, i call your customer hotline and either i cant get thru or u guys tell me to update again. i have update twice already! PLEASE HELP!
