Low fuel rail pressure and funny whistling noise

U7186 v.9r12. I got a 2010 chevy duramax I installed the predator and extreme power puck and had terrible luck. The check engine light comes on in every tune and the original stock tune it flashes the p0087 code for low fuel rail pressure so I took all the power puck stuff out and now it is even worse I don't know what to try next.

Sounds like the puck may have been hooked up wrong.
Did you install the fuel pressure shim kit with the puck?

yes i put the shim kit i took it to dealer they said it has a bad valve not sure which one yet but im thinking its the one i put shim kit in now im afraid to put it back in when i get my pickup back what are your thoughts?
