cole seems to be the only one with real answers u7170 can i try to load r19 to make the unit work i bought it three weeks ago never used it 30 day return policy should i send it back

Is this a new tool with 8r01 on it, or did you update an older tool to the 8r01 revision?

brand new unit u7170 8r01 no softwhere for my truck for the past three weeks gary and mike said program would be out 7 23 07 7 24 07 today was 7 25 07 with no new posts heres my problem prrchased my broken tuner 7 03 07 fully expeting to use it 30 day electrionics guarantee about to expire do i need to send it back and try something else can i please get some support or customer service promises arent working thanks dissatisfied customer
