Can you flash to many times?

Was wondering if it matters how many times you change programs. Also would it hurt anything if you just left it in tow mode all the time? We pull every weekend and it seems I have to change from economy to tow and then tow to economy. The reason I ask is because tow mode is supposed to shift harder would that wear things out quicker?????

hash shifting bugd the passengers but usually is better onthe transmission. If it WAY harsh then things can be damaged. I guess a better way to put it is that firm is good and bang is bad.

Flashing between tunes will not hurt anything. You will be fine by flashing the truck back and forth. If you want to use the tow tune all the time thats fine as well.
