I have a Diablosport I want to sell that I used on my Mustang but I no longer have the car. Can I sell this programmer now or is it married to my car that I sold?? Please help!!

The only way to unlock the Predator is to restore the original backup file to the vehicle it is married to.

Well, the issue is that the Predator cannot be used to tune more than one vehicle at a time.
This method of unlocking ONLY when the factory tune is restored, ensures that the tool can only be used to tune one vehicle at a time.
This information is available in your owners manual.
