60# Siemens injectors (Help!)

Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to put these injectors into the tuning file?
The information on the injectors is as follows;
60# per hr @ 43.5 psi = 630cc/min = 453 g/min
Coil Resistance = 12.5 ohms / high impedance
Gain = 0.11ms/mg
Offset = 0.055ms
Turn on time = 1.14ms
Turn off time = 0.85ms @ 600kpa

These are going into a B/S 6.1, now a 7.0 in a 300 C

First I need to know what they flow at 58 psi. I have calculated that they become approximately 72 lb/hr. But the voltage offset is a complete blank to me when it comes to putting it into the tune file.

Can anyone help???
