2002 ford crown victoria 4.6L v8


i got the tuner listed bove it says for 98-04 ford but when i plug it to my car it says "contact dealer for free updates cal_id rgaf2bs" whats the deal. the only tuner for my car model is a u7147 but thats the wrong year tuner what do i do to get the tuner i bought to work. i bought it from a friend cheap so i got it were do i get the updatse to make it work and how much are they anyone help? thanks

That year and model are not supported. That tuner will not work with it. No tuner will work with it.

im wanting to remove the speed/limiter is their any way you know of or do i need a new ecu thats flashed towhat i want?

a chip will work.
