ever since ive had my tuner it shut off my abs but wen factory tune is on my abs is fine wut could b turning it off?

Do you change tire size or speed limiter.

i didnt mess with anything for a month i had it diablo tuned and the abs was disabled after that month or so i started looking at the actual program and learning things abt it and thats wen i took the speed limiter off

can u help me on my other problem ive got posted up?

I don't know squat about the programmers, got a post up myself about the DSLog software, on how to make heads or tails of it. But, I wanted to try and help.

First off, one thing I know for sure, there is no function to actually cut the ABS off on the truck, at least not by the end user. I've been through every mod availible, and reviewed the functionality pages to confirm. Have you tried running a diagnostic on the truck with the tool? Maybe you've got something mechanical going on that isn't related to the tuner???? The only other thing that could be going on is the tuner isn't working properly, and if it's cutting off the ABS, i'd be willing to bet that's something they would fix at no cost, maybe even send you a new programmer. It would be worth the money they'd loose to avoid the lawsuit they could face for shutting down a primary vehicle safety system. They'd be a fool not to anyhow, as they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Especially since you're making an attempt, in writing, to square away the problem before something does happen.

these trucks are funky when it comes to the ABS shit and changing speed limiters and tire sizes...

if you just install the canned tune as is, without changing the speed limiter, is everything ok then?

Doesn't the canned performance tune remove the speed limiter anyhow?

it wont show any problem dignostically bc it shuts off after driving a mile or so. if i have the stock tune on the abs is on! and i have to manually turn off the speed limiter! i cant see wut the revision is bc the whole tuner is fucked up now since it it swiped my trucks computer a few days ago it only has original back up on it now!!!

Ahhhhh, there's the problem. Did you take the original computer back to stock before you swapped computers?

i didnt swap computers??? i had to get stock tune reflashed on it
