How important is it to have an EGT gauge or psi gauge if I am just running the towing tune on my U7186? I know, I know, I really should and the manufacturer says I should, I just got this one at a really good price, but dont have much money to get intake and exhaust put on right now eithier? Will just the towing tune heat it up to hot?

No need for the 40 HP tow or 65 HP perf tunes.

towed this weekend and on the tow tune (just up from stock) I would see 1300 @ 18psi running with a good throttle up to 60mph back at cruse and 60 around 1000 and 8psi my trailer is 34 ft long and weights around 7500 total (travel trailer)

my probe is in the manafold, rt side and yes jet A. I have been running it the last two years only seen #2 twice
about 15 gals, I loose a little power running jet but it is free and my transfer tank in the bed lets me get around 2000 miles empty before I need a top off. I run a airline maintenance department and we always seem to to be defueling tanks for maintenance, what the truck cannot suck out of the wing I get the rest put into drums. win win, I do not have to pay for disposal and i do not have to pay for fuel
