Car wont allow tune upload

I have a 1999 Corvette and am using a Predator tuner U7198 Version 2.13. I went to return my car to the stock tune and it died. The tuner reads "unable to read vin number" then asks if I want to restore anyway. I reply yes, at this point it uploads to 77% then reads"file integrity error" and stops the scrpt writing progress. I have a brand new battery in the car,I need some help!! The car is unable to start at this point!!

Pull those fuses and let me know.

im having almost the same problem but i think it completely swiped my tuner of all tunes but the original back up! which it wont even load that!!!!

Battery was disconnected again, fuses pulled, no change at all. The tuner readout reads: "Your computer is not programmed correctly"
