Need help with tuning 2005 Mustang GT w/FRPP add-ons

Hey everyone, I just received my Diablo Trinity tuner and am getting ready to add some upgrades to my 2005 Mustang GT, Auto. I have been battling the famed wonderful stock TB (fail safe mode multiple times a week - mostly TPS sensor faults), anyhow I bought a FRPP CAI w/90mm Mass Air Meter, FRPP 62mm Throttle Body, and FRPP Intake Manifold. I will also be adding FRPP spark plugs (one heat range colder-but at later date (I've already replaced the stock plugs - and battled 3 broken plugs - only to find out that there was a one piece design being made after I did mine). I'm wondering if there is a tune available for these items. I have the FRPP calibration tool for the CAI (it came as kit), but needed the Trinity in hopes of being able to tune for the rest of the upgrades. Also only other upgrade is tires 255/35R20. I'm actually looking for two tunes: 1 for power (playtime) and 2 for fuel mileage for daily driving (currently at about 20-21 mpg). Thanks in advance for any advice/help you can provide.
