No wot after getting wet?

Car is a 03 cobra with a 91mm turbo on it. The mafia got wet after a strong rain sorm one night but I dryed it out and it was fine. Well it happened again but after drying it out this time car still isnt performing correctly. I can roll into the throttle slowly and it fine. If i put it to the floor at anypoint at any rpm it spits and sputters like a 2 step. ANy ideas?
