I have a U7130 and I am trying to update the CROM. When I reach the point where it says power cycle your preditor I unplug it and plug it back in then the computer just sits and waits, the predator reboots right back to the first page to select tune, diagnostics, options or tool info. Am I missing a step, or could this be a issue with my usb cable?

sounds like the driver for the cable is not installed.
