OBD DATA Error , Transmission errors... 2006 mustang gt

Trinity number : 6JVG2C3 (sticker with number in the box-side and on diablosport trinity)

Information from Trinity : PCM: FBLF152 ; Part Number : 6R3AXB (dunno u need it or no)

Ford Mustang GT 4.6L , 2006 year , Automatic Transmission.
Vehicle ID: 1ZVHT82H765225701 ; Computer in my mustang nubmer is : VDX1

Sorry for my bad English , cuase i'm from Ukraine. Some time ago i bought Trinity T-1000 Diablo sport for ECU tuning of my car. Before tuning, i didn't update trinity on the computer with the help of DSDL ... 2 weeks ago i fill for my car a Perfomance Octane 91 programm ... everything was ok, no problems... some time later i'll bought Borla full exhaust , Steeda CAI, pulleys and a lot of other things ... and firstly i have going to update my comp for 93 Perfomance octane ... i fill on it 93 Perfomance Shifter Aggressive and omg ... the transmission failed ... in " Drive" it raping / banging when it's shifts from 1 to 2 , from 2 to 3 and etc... these problem also when i pull/shift "Reserve" in transmission. Whats up ? I'll do everything that Diablo reccomended to me , i ALWAYS fill The Original Stock Tune , before i did any modifies.
Diagnostic in Diablo write 2 errors : 1) P060C - Unknown Error ; 2) P1000 OBD System Readness Test Not Complete;
The vehicle computer sometimes says : OBD Data Error system;

Help me pls, cause i dont know what do to in this situation , except your helping.

I bought Diablo sport Trinity in americanmuscle.com internet shop , that why it is new diablo....

OverDrive also not working, even when I clutch on it!
