U7193 Not working

I have a U7193X with the newer revision. My truck is a 2004 GMC Sierra with the 4.8L V8. The other day I tried to hook it up to my truck just like every other time in the past, except this time it didn't work. By that I mean, when I plugged it in, nothing happened. The Tuner screen didn't light up or anything. Almost like it wasn't even reading that it was plugged in. What can I do?

Actually I think I may know the answer. Should have read down a few posts and checked my cigarette fuses. I'm going to check those and cross my fingers. Great forum!
