Dodge 6.7 problems?
So, with all te people having the exact same problems with the EPP on the 2010 and newer cummins engine it makes me wonder if it was ever even tested on these truck?!?!? Numerous post with the same problems and absolutely no solutions. Only solution offer to me was to send it in and pay to have the unit looked at. Everyone is having the same injector timing issues and yet the engineers can't offer any help otherwise. Very disappointed with Diablo and your customer support. Next step will be lodging complaints wight he BBB as this should not be this big of an issue.

Interesting, all yesterdays post on this topic are missing now???
RE: Dodge 6.7 problems?
Come on guys, there are multiple post on here with problems with the 2010-2011 6.7 Cummins and I have yet to see any solutions to the issues. If this thing is compatible with this engine and ECM then why are there some many trucks with the same problems and no help. Stand behind your product and make sure it does what you claim. Diff now mine is on the bench in the garage since it does nothing but throw codes on the new truck, worked fine on my pre 2010 6.7. It was on a 2011 throwing codes every day after clearing and after re-install per these forums, but that has been the extent of the support.

I have not seen anything beyond codes relating to not disconnecting the battery first, can you give me a link?

Here are a few examples, no time to look in more detail...I will try again this week and see if I get any different results now that I'd has been off the truck now for over a week with no cel's. I will unhook both batteries, let it sit for about 10 mins unhooked, install EPP and see what happens.

RE: Dodge 6.7 problems?
first one says the light went out and has had no issues since...
2nd link appears to be an injector issue, dealer related.
3rd one appears to be related to the shim kit not sealing up properly.
FWIW, we have sold 1000s of these units, 3 or 4 people running into issues is not a pattern.....

RE: Dodge 6.7 problems?
I can see the road this is going down. I understand that you have sold thousands of these, bur everything I have read (don't have link, been trying to find a solutionfor about a month now) says that they work great on the pre 2010 6.7 and nothing but cel's on the 2010 and later. Would like this to work on the new truck as it did on my older truck. If you are unwilling to offer any kind of real support other than giving you more money and hope that is the solution, I will take my losses and leave.

Bambam-x Can you please provide us with your zip code? We would like to see if there's a dealer in your area that can look into the issue you are having and help us trouble shoot it if it is an issue. We would like to work with you through on of our dealers to verify the puck you have is actually functioning properly and does not need to be replaced, and also see if there is anything else that might be not functioning properly with your unit. We have had a lot of success with the puck for the 6.7L Cummins and if there is an issue we'd like to identify it and get it fixed immediately. Please provide us with your city and zip so we can find a qualified dealer to work on this issue with you.

Wow, you guys are great at droping the ball. No worries, tossed product in trash can and will never own one of your products again. Customer support is garbage!
