I did what you said well need help lol. No I did not save factory tune to laptop did not know you could do that. My main screen only has custom tune no other ones. Thanks

Two weeks with no response! Thanks for everything!
Purchased a Edge Juice Platinum with attitude monitor!
Pulled the Diablo sticker off of my truck, and I am calling Diablo to inquire about a buy back on their product.

I am not disappointed that you didnt answer my questions, but I am tired of answering questions posted for Diablo employees, on several occasions.

If you guys do not have time to answer questions about your product, you should not have a forum. You should get some more help w/ additional employees to answer questions if it takes that much time. I do not blame you guys for not having or making time, but I do blame your management for not making these forums a higher priority!

Mikel does an excellent job but one employee answering questions on entire forum " WILL NOT WORK"

I do not mind paying more money for a product that includes some customer service.

We are trying to improve our presence here, and we currently try to take care of everything that comes up here.

I'm not sure why this did not get handled, but I will look into it, and if there is anything else we can do to make this right, please let us know.
