U7194 Update

Need revision r08 or r08 for U7194. Running 9r02 on a 06 Vortec Maxx 1500 want to run newest revision and see thet r21 is a bad idea. How to get revision?

Why is updating to r21 a bad idea? I just updated but was I better off to just leave it on r17?

9r08 sent to your email. Why is updating to 9r21 to be a problem. I did update and no problem so far.

older version 7194s can not up date to the newer revisions...
and the ones that can, you have to update to 9r19 first, before you'll be able to update to 9r21...
and for the older 2006/2007 vehicles like you and chrome have, there's really no reason to update... there's nothing new in it for your vehicles, no new tunes, etc...
the update is to add more support for other 2011's that weren't supported initially or were having issues....
