2007 nnbs silverado wont save backup help no start

my trinity wont save my back up and after i disconect it the truck wont start till i clear the codes and use the factory remote start to start it the drivers wont install on my comp either says accsess denied

sounds like you need to get your trucks ecm updated by your dealer, because it's not supported on the older calibration ID it has on it.. .that's why it can't save the original backup...

Nope the tuner needed some gm update found it in another thread
