fuel guage issue

I finally got my trinity working for my truck 2 weeks ago between the newest trinity update and reflashing the truck at the dealership. Trucks been running awesome with no issues. Saturday night driving home from work and noticed that my fuel guage was stuck on "E" after I filled the tank on the way to work in the morning. Also the fuel range display was blank in the dic. I figure the trucks gonna have to go the dealer to get fixed so I reflashed the truck back to stock just in case they had to program anything and now the guage works as should. Anybody else ever have this happen? Would the tune have any effect on the guage? The truck is a 2011 silverado 6.2. Thanks for the replies.

I've got a 2011 6.2 Silverado, have swapped tunes and upgrades in and out, several times. No problems with fuel gauge, or anything else. I use the GMC Sierra 6.2 tune. HTH

I figured I'd be the only one to have the issue and I'm sure it has nothing to the trinity but I fgured I'd ask anyway. Probably just coincidental. I'll try disconnecting the battery and see what happens. By the way diablo, the diablo tune is badass! My mileage went up, the truck has all sorts of power everywhere, and the second gear scratch on the shift is a nice touch! Thanks again!

There is a recall for that. Some trucks have a bad sending unit, some have a ECM update. Was it cold out? Mine did it when I have a freshly filled tank and its cold out, condensation causes the problem in mine.

I disconnected the battery and reinstalled the tune and so far so good. It was actually fairly warm out, like 60 degrees. I'll have to have my buddy that works at the dealer check into that tsb. Thanks for the info.
