I just bought a 2000 lightning and was told that there is a Deltachip in it. Will the OBD 2 plug-in test pass because the readiness code for the drive cycle might get set? Is the chip specifically written to allow the drive cycle code to reset?

I just want to make sure I dont need to take it out before I get it smoged.
