2005 Duramax- My diablo chip has locked me out stuck 40hp

My girlfriend opened up my door halfway through my programming and I unplugged the chip. When I tried Reinstalling it wouldnt let me get in so i took my truck to dealership and got factory tune back in and my chip still won't let me in. It's stuck at 40hp it says. Code #209 comes up what is that?

Do I have to send it back into you guys so you guys can work it over? I have had it for quite a few years, Haven't had chip working in months and it sucks without it cause my fuel Mpg's suck!

Call our tech support and they should be able to help you get the tool restored to a normal state.

Actually, this may be a good time to send that tool in for the $99 hardware upgrade and bring it up to speed on hardware and software.

OK well where do I send it in to? How do I go about sending it to you guys?

My bad, we need to get the stock tune restored before that can happen, any aftermarket electronics?

I have no other electronics just the chip, I need to reset the chip if you can help me out that would be awesome
