Yo,

03 harley supercharged. I just installed a 6 lb pulley for a customer. Loaded 91 with pulley tune from predator and am getting knock "only during 2-3 upshift. No knock or timing pull anywhere else.I've pulled wot timing and added some fuel with no changes.

Also predator is fully current and I'm running 95 octane fuel on the 91 map.
Still knocks only on the upshift.
what do you think,any new pulley tunes from you guys? I was expecting to install the pulley load the tune and let him go.......

man, those tunes have been out for years with no such issues....haven't had any problems.

could it just be noisy blower? plugs?

I believe there were 87 octane pulley tunes at one time, give me a calid and I'll find one that should work if needed.

Installed one step colder plugs at same time as the pulley.I can hear audible knock.....Not just a timing pull.Also installed dual walbro's and even bypassed the pump relay to make sure the pumps got full voltage. Fuel pressure is right @ 60psi under boost.Still a little knock even after all that???? With adde fuel and pulled timing up top. Check these files out and let me know what you think.I'm starting to wonder.....

Have you logged any data? Is it WOT 2-3? Part throttle? The more details the better.

Sorry ,I'm used to giving too much info causing a confused responce. Best to give the basics and answer asked questions.
Knock only occurs @ WOT during the 2-3 upshift. No other issues are present.

Well it's really best to give all the information upfront as it will only delay you getting to the bottom of it if I have to ask a bunch of questions. At what RPM is the shift occuring? Is the converter locked? What is calculated load during this period? Timing?
