Trinity A Pillar install

I bout the adapter piece to put the trinity in the a pillar gauge spot. And I cant seem to get it to stay in there. What's the secret? I don't want to break anything. I'm trying to put it in a factory srt8 ram sigle a pillar mount

Try a piece of electrical tape on the pod to see if it tightens it up...
