U7131 Not supported

2006 Dodge 5.9l 3500. Restored original backup. Downloaded new crom file 9r07. Tried to install tune and now it says, Vehicle not supported?

What is the calibration ID it gives you?

Were you at the dealer recently?

Does not give me a call id. Does not show VIN or HEX numbres either. Last tune written was original back up. Truck has not been back to dealer.

If there is no calid showing, you need the dealer to reflash the PCM properly

When I connect to the truck it boots up, tells me to turn key on, then I hit Performance Tune, it does its thing then tells me "Your vehicle not in our database.Contact dealer for free update" CAL_ID 50325053AB. Vin comes up correct.
Whats going on, I should have the latest updates.

I have the same issue and cal Id. I been trying to get them to add this cal for over a year swell as others so I feel your pain. See my posts under reeser and do a search and u will see. I hope you can get them to get it addded because I can tell u that is the current download from dealer cus I have checked and there is several if us waiting for the same answer. Hope u don't give up like some on here have. Good luck. I am with ya I have the same money rapped up in the tool and can't even use it.

Reeser, went straight to the Tech people.I had v.9t07a loaded in the tool. They had me go back to v.9r07which i had already tried and it didn't work then, but I thought what the hell. So I reloaded it with the old load and tried it on the truck and, guess what it didn't work. Now I am really gun shy so tommorow I get ahold of the people I bot it from (truck customizers) and it goes back.

I'm having the same problem. My Cal ID is 45325853AB, my VIN is3D7KS29C97G715477, the HEX is showing- 3344374b53323943393747373135343737. It is telling me (3) this tool is not registered for this vehicle, but I have had it on here for a month with no problem. All of a sudden it will not work at all. It let me install my factory backup, but that was all it did. I had it set to Performance. What can I do to fix this problem?
