'09 challenger r/t

I bought what I thought was a new predator from an authorized dealer listed on your site. I went to register it and I get an error saying it's already been registered to someone else. The 1-800 number given with this message is no longer in service. Can I still use this device with my car? Do I need to get another one?

No your tool is new, if you want to register your tool the Ser# you need is on the sticker on the back of the tool.

Cut and paste the link and just follow directions and you will be good.

Thanks for the input. That's exactly what I did. I hooked the unit up to the car and it communicates with the vehicle just fine, so it's never been married to another vehicle. I'm assuming this is a glitch with the registration form on diablo's site? As long as it works with my car I'm fine. I'll probably just try to get diablo on the phone and see what's going on.

mine did the same thing....i got my numbers off of the box....maybe they reused the boxes??????
