trinity # 6JU1003-1
part; gm_can_gas
version: v.1r08a
2011 chevrolet 2500hd 6.0 4x4 auto
vin# 1gc1kxcg2bf161322
read previous post. took truck to dealer and had computer flashed to the newest. talked to tech pcm is not locked. he is able to use snap on to diagnose misfire. if pcm locked he would not have been able to kill injectors and kill coil on individual cylinder with snap on. My question is when will you guys have the appropriate fix in place? When i was trying to use a predator i was told i had a diffrent computer than any other 2011. now im seeing where its locked. GM says its not locked.

The 8th digit of your VIN being a 'G' means that truck is unsupported, as we do not have support for that PCM used in that truck.

Ok. I understand what your saying. My question still remains. Since I paid near 650 for my trinity from a store that does not refund special order items ( diablo trinity). Since your website says you support 2011 chevy silverado. But I don't see where it says anything about except vin G what can we do about this? I need a item I purchased to work like your website says. When can I expect it to work? I don't want to sound grumpy or upset. I'm sure you see my concern. If there's anything I can do to help (test updates, supply you with any info about my truck etc.) I would be more then happy.
