Dodge Ram 1500 2010/11 wont work the Predator

Hello,

I'm trying to download the performance tune in this Ram1500 2010 5.7L HEMI and the Predator will display a mesage like "This vehicle is not licensed with this tool" or sort of.

It's updated to vr.0910 back when I was trying to download and had weird thing in the cluster going while trying to load the tune. Mike (I think) suggested me to try the Predator in a 2008 WK Jeep, so I did it and worked. I then put the original back up file in that WK 2008 Jeep and "un-marriaged" the PRedator.

Now that I want to try to update the tool, the downloader says I need to downlaod the original back in the car first, but that car is gone away long time ago. I have the VIN that shows that WK 2008 Jeep was the last written in the Predator.

How can I delete that in the Predator so I can download the new crom r9.11? and try it in this 2010 build 2011 model year Ram?

Can you give us a call with the tool powered up so we can see whats going on?

Mike, I will put some pictures of the screen display in different menus. I'm outside of USA and I'm not good on the phone speaking english if that helps?

So I found the Jeep 5.7L I gave a try to see if the tool was working and unmarriaged the Predator fromt his Jeep. Loaded it with the latest crom file 11 I think? And connected to the 2011 RAM 5.7L and it loaded well. However while attempting to copy the original back up I had two failed attempts. Pressing more info option will display that PCM PREPARE READ failed or somethign liek that even with a second attempt it won't read/save original back up.

The EVIC display in the cluster show NO BUS while all the lights get ON.

Any advise?

Is this vehicle not supported? This is a Canadien version.
