This test crom has new Jeep Wrangler specific features including:
Lock diffs at any time (4 low/high) (Rubicon only)
High idle
On the fly idle adjustment

There are also new tunes for all HEMI Rams to improve performance and shift feel, as well as smoother MDS transitions.

All calibrations, including manual trans, will now have the throttle booster option as well.

Tire pressure threshold adjustment can now be lowered to all the way to 0 psi as well.

let us know how you like it!!

Mike is it written so that the same upgrades apply to the Jeep GC? (performance, shifts and smoother MDS)

just took the truck for a spin with the new update, and let me tell you mike, you guys did a great job. the shifts are more refined, the mds transistion is hella smoother. and it feels like it pulls harder. i have yet to try the mpg tune tho. keep up the great work!

Any possibility or plans to do the same for the Grand Cherokees for the final release? MDS being the biggest issue which were almost identical to the problems the RAM boys were having.

Loaded it up in the GC last night. The "clunk" as we called the MDS engage/disengage was gone! Performance seemed good but that is hard to see improvements in without a timer. Shifts did feel a bit more firm. I would say it is a nice upgrade, thanks guys!

Loaded up tune yesterday and finally have drivability on highway without the surges & rpm jumps at steady speed. The truck jumps to life now off the line as it should without the sluggish feel it had on the newer tunes. After using the tune again today, i definitely think the shifting is better, firmer.

The ONLY complaint i have left (for over a year now) is the fact that overdrive kicks in at around 38 mph and drops the rpm to around 1250 (approx) which makes the transmission buck n shudder. I can turn off overdrive or speed up to over 45 mph and the problem goes away. If there is any way you can make overdrive not kick in until after 45 mph or have rpm's after overdrive kicks in over 1400, then i believe the problem would be gone.

Overall Great improvement on the Tune!
A+ Improvements!

Any revisions to Grand Cherokee tunes in this beta? Any luck with the GC tire size not working?

I have a 2010 Hemi Jeep Commander with 9r10 currently. Are there reasons for me to update to this or should I wait a little until this is no longer a test crom?
