7194 , error pop up

tryin to update predator but wont connect. i have u7778 cable from diablo, installed drivers, even tryed second laptop. what am i doin wrong. windows 7, baud rate 115200 on tool and serial port and ds downloader. also says tool is ready do u want to update...then error message pops up. please help.

down load failed did not see power up message from tool.

I had issues with mine, I ended up going to com port 9 instead of 3 or 4. This may be your issue to.

on windows 7, make sure you disable the UAC on your user account... and your account on the win7 pc is an administrator account, right?

yeah called tech support and went that route. had a u7778 usb cable that was bad. got a new cable and all is working good now. lew i still need cat delete programs on this predator!! i have 2 of them

ok... I can hook ya up... just want codes disabled, or want the full tunes?? would do better with the full tunes for your cars...

You'll gain even better/quicker throttle response, acceleration, stronger/harder pull, and even better mileage - if you can keep your foot out of it! hahahah...
