Cole I am back again and need help. Just down loaded the 100hp custom tune and loaded to my truck for the second time and again it will not start or even turn over the starter. Tried to reload the factory tune and the programmer does not recognize. Is there any way to fix this problem before Monday? The programmer did download the original factory tune. And can I get the 100hp that will work on my truck?
Is there anyone that can help me with this problem? Been waiting on an answer for awhile now.

How long does it take to get an answer? Been waiting patiently now since last Wednesday. I have had your product since 2003 and never had this much problems with the old u7160.

were you able to get it fixed / started?

Was able to call the factory to have the factory tune forced to the truck. That was the second time that happen to me trying to load the 100hp tune. So now the truck is running but without the 100hp. Were can I get the correct tune for my truck?
