2011 Dodge Ram 1500 - PCM Reset

Post by rcurrah »

Im looking at reseting my PCM. I heard of taking off the negative lead from battery for 20 or so minutes but I also heard resetting the fuse works as well. In my manual I got two possible fuses.
> m28 - PCM (Feed)/TCM
and a,
> m33 - NGC (PCM)/TCM

Which one will reset the PCM?

Thanks for you help!

Pull them both and crank the motor to discharge the system (it won't start. If it does those are the wrong fuses). Then plug them both back in. It may not start on the first try but will be fine and reset once it starts. It'll start learning the adaptives again immediately after it goes into closed loop.
