2011 Mustang Differential Gear Change Tune Only?

Mike,
I am working with a 2011 Mustang V6.
Is it possible to create a tune that is the "stock tune" with only the differential gear ratio changed? Can you change the "stock tune"? Can the stock tune be"renamed" to allow it to be changed by the Trinity programming?
