Can I save a copy of factory backup from my diablo to my PC?

I searched the forum and can't find the steps. I see references to copies of factory backups saved from the predator to the pc, but, can't find the steps. I have an 06 6L PSD F350. Like all things with computers it just seems like a good idea to store the original ford tune in a second location. Thanks rc
