the custom tunes are not loading properly.even though the predator says tune was installed nothing is changing on my trucks computer.the only tune it will accept is the canned tunes.when i sent the last written tunes to the cmr tuner he said none of the tunes he sent took to the trucks computer.anyone ever have this problem or know how to fix it.

you have to be sure the original tune is loaded into the predator correctly. When you "send tune file to predator" it will ask you to browse for your original tune file, you MUST navigate to the area where you saved the original tune file and double click on it....if you let the software load it automaticaly it may not work correctly. My first time using a predator I had trouble with that step. even though the predator will tell you the tune is loaded into the vehicle it won't make any changes becouse the original tune is not loaded correctly.
so I guess "get the original tune file from the tool" and save it to your pc. then load the custom tune and it will ask you for the original file then....navigate to the file and select it and you should be good to go.

no errors at all.the canned tunes load but the custom tunes will not.the only thing he noticed was if i modified the custom tune .for example i shut the mds off, tire size and throttle boost to 15% that was the only thing to change.i even tried loading the custom tune without modifying and still nothing at all.

are you sure the custom tune is really a custom tune? post up your original tune and custom tune and we will have a look at it.
if you didn't get the original file loaded onto the predator correctly when you sent the custom tune to the predator it will show that the tune was loaded properly into the vehicle but WON'T make any changes to the vehicle.
