2010 GT500 setting P061B

GT500 with a 2.9L whipple, ford racing CAI, ford racing TB. It intermitantly but usualy after heavy acceleration with set a P061B code, and go into limp mode yet will sometimes just do it driving it around the building. I have tried to make changes to the file to correct this, but it seems almost everything that effects the ETB if changed with cause a wrench light after programing. Some times changing even one little thing in a scaler causes the vehicle to not accept the tune. Tried it with stock TB as well, setting same code.
