Trinity

When the new revision to the software came out in April it also downloaded a sample to try. I did try the sample setup but when I did the Trinity created an original back up for the sample which I didn't know because I did not tell it to make one. Now I can't download any further updates because of this. I just tried to download the new updates and it gave me the message an original backup had been created somehow even though it has not been used. I am waiting on the 2012 Mustang updates to reprogram it. So what is the solution? I got the message and the following number for a password to force the download but why should I need that when it was only a sample? The number is D05B82DFEB76F09895DC.
HELP!!!!
Harold :o

Theres no sample, i'm not sure what you are talking about.

Do you mean demo mode?
If so, and you loaded a tune in demo mode, go back to demo, restore the original backup, then it will be unlocked ;)

Yes it was demo mode.

Why did it save anything since it was demo only?

Mike thanks for the help and it worked. Does these updates contain the tunes for the 2012 Mustang?

Thanks for the hellp,
Harold
