trinity shutting off/freezing due to vibrations?

Post by alittletippy »

OK had my trinity due weird stuff on my way to work. It shut itself off and on two or three times and froze once. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and when I went into monitoring and chose my loadout it told me to turn engine on although car was already on. I hit proceed and everything worked fine. My question is could vibrations have caused this? I recently did work to the car, a dodge neon with srt4 motor swap, which included adding a solid tranny mount so the car has all solid mounts. This increased my vibes. I have the trinity mounted in a gauge pod with a custom made mount. A milled piece of metal with the flexable rod from the original window mount. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the connection on the bottom of the Trinity and remove some material from the case of the Trinity if it is really tight.
The apostrophe does not mean "Look out, here comes an S"!

"I couldn't care less" means it is impossible to care less - "I could care less" just makes you look stupid.
