i bought a new Trinity i followed all the steps for the updating and its done , but when it comes to install the software in my truck its pup out a message that says :'' your calibration is not currently supported. Trinity will try to save your orginal back up'' . and there's some Troubles cods is came out on my truck such as engine power is reduced and check parking sensors ect... so i toke it back to the factor software i need help with that plz its kindd new experianse for me am a new to all that

what is the version?? only 1r08??? it should be on 1r08c....

check it again... if it's not, then you need to update it...

wer to find the version ... ? i took this v.1r08 from my trinity it self ....
sory but am just new to all that......btw and wich update should i pick ?

you said you "bought a new Trinity i followed all the steps for the updating and its done"... what did you do to update it? did you download and install the latest version of the DSDownloader program??

once you install that, and let it install the trinity usb drivers... connect your trinity to your pc and then start up the dsdownloader, and it should automatically download and install all the latest updates for the trinity...

after it's done doing that, then you have to go through the vehicle selection process and select your vehicle year, model, engine type...

after you do that, then go to Options - Show Information and it will show you the version / revision info... and it should be 1r08c...

i did all wut u asked me for the trinity is been updated by DSDownloader Revision 2.2.2.6 and its automatically download all the latest updats and updated my trinity and the version is : V.1r08c'' in the trinity info'' so i don with that .
i connected it with my truck and i sellected vehicle year, model, engine type and don with that ...now!! when i process to the next step heres comes the trebles ... i heard tons from my truck and its all the fault its cames out like i told yah... its comes a message that says
your calibration is not currently supported .. and its geving me just 2 options that : Modify Stock tune or Original backup !! ..so i go back to Original backup and clear all the troubles codes !! so its still the same .....
plz sir i need ur help ...

ok... you need to select modify stock tune and let the tool save a copy of the original backup file in it...

then you need to use the dsdownloader program and export the copy of the original backup tune file from the tool to your pc, and you need to post that original backup tune file up here in the forum...

the diablo guys will have to add support for your calibration ID in a new revision update...

also, you can try having your dealer update the trucks ecm with the latest GM updates - that would give it a newer calibration ID and then things may work for ya without having to get a new update from diablo.
