Hummer H2 wont start....

Have a Hummer H2 2009 6.2L
Try to install a J7194 9r07 in this vehicle.
I did something wrong because tune has not been installed but vehicle does not starts now.
Check engine light is not present and seems like the original file is in the programer and the tune not installed.
Really need help solving this mess.
Been reading something about it but nothing clear to me so far.

try disconnecting the negative battery cable from the battery for about 20 mins...

then reconnect it.. and she should start right up...

Firts time early morning will try it.
Just for knowledge, wath may I did wrong? What cares doe I have to take in order to avoid this problems? Seems to me that computer has no software in it at all.
What I pretended to do is to upgrade with the latest 9r23 version.
Also did try madly to contact phone customer support with no answer at all.
Is there any other phone number where someone whould answer?
