Need tuner fixed???

I have a u7193 - v.9r08 for my 04 gto. I think I burned somthing out by turning my AC on when doing a live data log. The screen lost power and my dash beeped and flashed (like when loading a tune). Now my predator can't read the vihicle type (1). I can't restore back-up, change tune or check trouble codes. How do I go about getting my tuner fixed. I hooked up my friends scanner and that will read my computer.
