ETC Issues when hot

Ok car is tuned AFR all data logs are where they need to be...
But once the temps hit 80 degrees my ETC gets all weird, as an example if I throw the car in neutral and give it a rev the rpms will hold at 2200 rpms or 2800 depending on how high I spike the peddle. When downshifting from any gear but lets use 2nd to 1st gear as the example, when I move into first gear and if the rpms in 1st happen to be 4000 rpms the throttle will hold those rpms until I brake hard of upshift. Oh yeah and the car is a slug when this is going on.

I have done a compression check and all is good, leak down test is all good and vacuum is solid at 14 lbs

Once the temps come down into the low 70's or lower the issues go away...WTF!!!

Any ideas? Before I start bugging the awesome guy that tuned my car I want to rule out any possible mechanical problems, I dont want to waste his time if it is not tune related

If it is tune related whats the deal? This is driving me insane

I am running a custom tune on version 9r07 with a srt max cam on a 112lsa, ported and milled heads 3000 stall also running the Mopar TCM
