09 6spd challenger-updated crom now custom tune wont load

when updateing the predator i got the "your car needs an update" message. i followed the promps on the diablosport website to update the car. then i loaded the current crom and tried to send the custom tune to the predator. it loaded to the predator but when i selected the custom tune to be loaded into the car, it said "can't load custom tune 05187899ae_hhp_level2.drg wrong"

any ideas how to fix this issue or am i now screwed out of the money i paid for this tune? currently loaded the perf93CAI with some modified parameters. once i drove it, i noticed a little better throttle response but then there seemed like a lag. i would push 1/4 throttle and there'd be a second or so delay before it kicked in. i stomp on it, same deal. ease into it, and it worked pretty well. so i stopped, recalibrated the throttle, and nothing changed. stopped again, pulled fuse two, no fix. now i have a check engine from the longtube headers installed that wouldve been worked out with my custom tune i paid for.

what i was trying to do was add the throttle boost feature to my custom tune. from what i understood there shouldn't have been an issue with doing so.

here are the tunes as you requested mikel. enclosed is the original backup for the car after the update. the other three attatchments are the emailed tune that hhp sent me. the first one is the original, then after datalogging, the guy at hhp adjusted the tune twice to work out any bugs he saw. none of these tunes would load into the car after the update. thanks for looking into my situation and for your help with rectifying it.
