very rough idle with predator

I am having very rough idle and engine rattle with my predator on any tune,tow,performance,extreme or any of the r29 tunes. Thought it may have been the puck but it isn't. Does anybody might no what is causing this?

I also bought the predator/puck combo for a 2004 model and i found out i have the 2004.5 model. Will that make a difference?

the puck may be diferent for an 04.5.i tried 3 for an 04 which mine is and the puck for the 05 worked for me,i had rough idle also with the wrong puck,try taking it completly off and see.did u update it to the r29 or was it like that when u bought it?if u updated it,did it run rough on the other version?what mods are on your cp3?maye thats afecting the tuner some how,most guys on here are proud to say how smooth thier trucks run with the pred,i know mine idles like a honda,u dont have the timing mod done do u?{cant remeber what its called}

It idles fine with just the puck, and the stock tune back in the truck. The idle gets rough and engine rattles when I install the predator. It seemed like it idled better before I updated the predator. The fuel control actuator (FCA) on the CP3 was modded by opening passages on the metering valve to .130", and by enlarging the inlet and outlet ports to the gear pump on the back of the CP3 to .140"-.160" range.
