Hello,

I was able to download the program with the link provided on April 2nd, but the program won't run. I've tried on 2 different laptops and am getting the same error message. The message I'm getting states "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."

For those getting the error "side-by-side configuration is incorrect"

Try this file.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... st_x86.EXE

It solved the problem for me.

Hi Mike,

The link you posted isn't complete. Only "http://download.microsoft.com/download/" is hyper-linked and I can't manually type in the link as the ... is replacing part of the text.

open My computer and you will see an intune drive. In the log folder you will see a list of all the logs you created. drag and drop them to your computer and open them in dataviewer or directly drag/drop into the dataviewers program when open.
